1. Scope and applicability
These General Terms and Conditions («GTC») govern the use of websites, web shops, platforms, applications, ticket sales, subscriptions and services operated under the Tilater Entertainment brand, a brand of Rolling LIVE Entertainment GmbH («Tilater», «we», «us»).
They apply to all users, including visitors, ticket buyers, subscribers, artists, promoters, venues and business partners, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Roles and responsibilities
Depending on the event, Tilater Entertainment may act as organiser, promoter or intermediary or agent for third-party organisers, artists or venues. The applicable role is stated in the event description or ticket information.
Where Tilater Entertainment acts as intermediary or agent, it acts in the name and on behalf of the respective organiser, who is the contractual partner and seller vis-à-vis the ticket buyer.
3. Ticket sales and ticketing services
Ticket sales and ticketing are technically processed via white-label software solutions from ticketing providers. Tilater Entertainment is not the technical operator of the ticketing infrastructure.
Tickets are issued electronically or in printed form and are valid exclusively for the specified event, date and time. Each ticket entitles the holder to one-time entry and becomes invalid upon first scan.
4. Prices, fees and payment
All prices are displayed in the respective currency and include all mandatory fees unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed exclusively via payment service providers. Tilater Entertainment does not store any payment or credit card data.
Additional service or processing fees may apply; they are shown during the purchase process.
5. Refunds, cancellations and changes
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets are non-refundable, no refund is granted for late arrival or non-attendance, and exchanges are not permitted.
If an event is cancelled, refunds or replacements are governed by the organiser's provisions and applicable law.
Tilater Entertainment reserves the right to change the programme, line-up, schedule or venue to a reasonable extent. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
6. Admission and access
Admission requires compliance with the house rules, safety regulations and age restrictions.
For events with age restrictions, an official ID may be required.
Tilater Entertainment and the venues reserve the right to refuse admission or eject guests for safety reasons or due to their behaviour, without refund.
7. Subscriptions and fan benefits
Tilater Entertainment may offer subscription- or membership-based services that grant access to benefits such as early ticket access, discounts or preferential prices.
Subscriptions do not guarantee access to specific events or ticket availability.
Subscription benefits are personal, non-transferable and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. There is no entitlement to specific future benefits.
8. Resale and commercial use
Resale of tickets for commercial purposes, including via auctions or unauthorised platforms, is prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Tilater Entertainment reserves the right to invalidate tickets sold or used in violation of these provisions.
9. Intellectual property and media rights
All content, trademarks, logos and materials published by Tilater Entertainment are protected by intellectual property rights.
By attending an event, visitors acknowledge that photo, video and audio recordings may be made and used for documentation, promotional and commercial purposes to the extent legally permitted.
10. Liability
Tilater Entertainment is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages and lost profits is excluded to the extent legally permitted.
Where Tilater acts exclusively as an intermediary, liability for the execution of the event lies with the respective organiser or venue.
11. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on our platforms. By using our services, users acknowledge and accept the privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
13. Final provisions
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Tilater Entertainment reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of use is authoritative.
